Welcome to fairfights.ca ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or any services provided by FAIR FIGHTS ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.


2. Eligibility


The Site and services provided by FAIR FIGHTS are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 are not permitted to register or use the services provided on fairfights.ca.


3. Account Registration

6. Fighter Profiles and Matchmaking


FAIR FIGHTS provides a platform for fighters, promoters, and other stakeholders to create profiles and participate in matchmaking. All information provided by fighters must be accurate, truthful, and complete. FAIR FIGHTS reserves the right to verify the information provided and to deny access to any user who provides false or misleading information.


7. Payment and Subscription Fees


Some features of the Site may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. FAIR FIGHTS reserves the right to change pricing and subscription models at any time, with reasonable notice to users.


8. Termination of Use


FAIR FIGHTS reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.


9. Privacy Policy

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or province in which FAIR FIGHTS is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We believe in a world where every fighter can compete on a level playing field, and our goal is to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a safe and equitable environment, and at the same time aim that every fighter can have the best experience possible.

Our Story

FAIR FIGHTS was born out of a passion for combat sports and a desire to address some of the critical issues that plague the industry. Our founders, all lifelong enthusiasts of the sport, recognized a gap in the system—one that often led to mismatched fights, compromised fighter safety, and inconsistencies in judging.

With a focus on transparency and technology, we set out to create a solution that would empower fighters, protect their well-being, and elevate the integrity of combat sports.
